We are looking for an Architect with 3-4 years of experience, preferably with strong exposure to residential projects. The candidate should be able to prepare detailed architectural plans, coordinate with project teams, and ensure smooth execution of design requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, plans, and layouts for residential projects Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and design presentations Understand client requirements and translate them into creative design solutions Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams for project execution Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and safety norms Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy Update drawings and documentation based on project feedback Maintain timelines and deliver high-quality design outputs
