ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, objectives, and budgets.

Design innovative structures and create detailed blueprints using manual sketches and design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.

?

Prepare and present proposals, feasibility reports, and design concepts.

?

Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

?

Collaborate and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle.

?

Oversee project management, including cost estimates, timelines, and site inspections to ensure adherence to plans.

?

Respond to and resolve technical or design challenges during construction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

?

Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's).

?

Experience with architectural design and construction process.

?

Proficiency in CAD software and visualization tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

?

Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
