We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Architect

with strong experience in architectural design and project management. The ideal candidate must have a compelling portfolio showcasing expertise in

concept development, design detailing, technical drawings, and multi-stage project coordination

--from schematic design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design from concept development to final execution. Prepare design concepts, mood boards, presentations, and 3D visualizations. Develop detailed drawings, construction documents, and material specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project stages. Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and regulatory requirements. Conduct site visits to review design implementation and resolve technical issues. Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and design elements. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design revisions. Review and guide junior team members on design tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch). Minimum

5 years

of experience in architectural design and project handling. Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, detailing, and executed works. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices. Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
