Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced

Architect

with a minimum of

3 years of professional experience

in architectural design, planning, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong creative, technical, and communication skills, with hands-on experience in the construction and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and design presentations. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and walkthroughs. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. Conduct site visits, surveys, and supervise project progress when required. Ensure designs meet regulations, building codes, and project standards. Work on interior layouts, space planning, and material selections. Prepare BOQs, reports, and project documentation. Contribute to innovative design solutions and timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. Minimum

3 years of experience

in architecture or interior design firms. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite. Strong design sense and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication and presentation skills. Experience working with contractors and site coordination is a plus.
