Job Objective

As an Architect at Masterbuilt, you will drive the design and planning process across multiple residential and commercial projects. You will translate client aspirations into high-quality architectural solutions while ensuring aesthetic excellence, functional efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and MEP-integrated layouts based on project requirements, budget, and timelines. Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs, present design proposals, and refine concepts based on feedback. Ensure strict compliance with

Kerala Building Rules

, IS codes, and all regulatory standards. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants throughout the project lifecycle. Support project management from concept to completion, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and design accuracy. Work with engineers, site teams, and contractors to ensure seamless execution on site. Prepare and manage architectural documentation, including

GFC drawings

, sanction drawings, and permit submissions. Identify and resolve design conflicts with innovative and practical solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - Master's preferred. 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial architecture (

Fresh graduates may apply for internship positions

). Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office

. Strong understanding of Kerala Building Rules, DTP drawings, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and visualization skills.
