Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project phases.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring projects from concept to completion.
Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
