We are currently seeking a
creative and technically skilled Architect
to join our growing team at our Calicut office.
Role Overview
As an
Architect
at Vestano, you will play a key role in designing and delivering modern supermarket and retail spaces that reflect both operational efficiency and strong aesthetic value. You'll work collaboratively with project and engineering teams to bring each client's vision to life with precision and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Development:
Create architectural layouts and design concepts for supermarkets, retail outlets, and commercial spaces based on client requirements.
Design Detailing & Drafting:
Prepare precise working drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailing using AutoCAD to ensure smooth on-site implementation.
3D Visualization & Presentation:
Develop 3D renders and visual presentations using
Lumion
or similar visualization software to present concepts to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with civil engineers, draftsmen, and project managers to ensure accurate design translation during execution.Present design concepts, gather feedback, and modify plans while maintaining architectural integrity and functionality.Ensure that all designs meet construction standards, project requirements, and quality benchmarks.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university
Minimum
2-3 years of professional experience
in architectural design
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
Lumion
Strong visualization, space planning, and design detailing skills
Good understanding of materials, lighting, and construction processes
Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in
retail or commercial architectural projects
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, site coordination, and project documentation
Familiarity with retail design workflow and functional space planning
