Mainland realtor is Partner company of Salyprojects required a skill architect to join its team for Trivandrum office.

Job Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the aesthetic and functional aspects of construction projects. The role involves coordinating with engineers, clients, and site teams to ensure architectural integrity, structural feasibility, and compliance with design standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Collaborate with civil engineers, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure technical feasibility and structural safety. Prepare 2D and 3D design presentations, working drawings, and BOQs. Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and local authority regulations. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify design implementation, and resolve on-site design issues. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative design solutions. Review and approve architectural shop drawings and material samples. Assist in tender documentation and provide design-related clarifications during execution. Manage revisions, as-built drawings, and final handover documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university. Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA).

Experience Required:

3-5 years of experience in architectural design and coordination in a civil construction company or architecture firm.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
