Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing design concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
Prepare presentation sets, 3D visuals, and working drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Coordinate across disciplines (MEP, structure, landscape, interiors) for smooth project documentation.
Participate in site visits, verify drawings on-site, and flag discrepancies.
Support in preparing BOQs, material research, and tender documents.
Maintain drawing issue logs and ensure deliverables follow GRAHA's documentation standards.
Work under the guidance of Project Architect / Senior Architect to ensure design integrity and technical precision.
Skill Requirements
Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Basic knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred.
Strong visualization and graphic presentation ability.
Understanding of material specifications, joinery, and detailing.
Ability to handle tasks independently while aligning with the team's design direction.
Awareness of local building codes and construction techniques.

Education & Experience
B.Arch from a recognized university.
