Job Description

We are hiring licensed Architects for a major client at Calicut.

Experience: 4-6yrs

Location: Calicut

Responsibilities:

1. Design and plan buildings, spaces, and environments that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe.

2. Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

3. Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and models to clients.

4. Prepare and submit plans, drawings, and documents for construction projects.

5. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and compliance.

6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with designs and regulations.

7. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

8. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

10. Oversee project completion, ensuring that final product meets client expectations and design intent.
