JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Client Consultation:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs and project requirements.

Design & Planning:

Developing conceptual designs, creating scaled drawings and blueprints, and using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Technical Documentation:

Preparing detailed specifications, contract documents for contractors, and completing planning applications.

Project Management:

Developing initial cost estimates and budgets, managing project timelines, and overseeing the construction process.

Site Supervision:

Visiting construction sites to ensure that work adheres to the architectural plans and resolves any issues that arise.

Collaboration:

Working closely with engineers, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Compliance:

Ensuring designs meet functional, safety, and regulatory (e.g., zoning and building codes) standards.

Specialization:

Potentially focusing on specific areas such as sustainable design, historic preservation, or healthcare architecture.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
