Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for new building projects, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
Oversee the development of construction documents and manage the bidding process for construction contracts. Work with project managers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that building systems and structures are safe, efficient, and comply with local codes and regulations. Should have thorough knowledge of drawings and rules.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of architecture. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits:
