Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements. Assist in concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interior, etc.) to ensure design integration. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings. Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and reports for clients and stakeholders. Support senior architects/project leads in project planning, detailing, and execution. Ensure adherence to sustainability, safety, and functionality in design solutions. Work with project management teams to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, , SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, D5 etc.). Strong knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and approval processes. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and consultants. Good communication and presentation skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
