About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

Architect

with a minimum of 2 years of experience in

architectural design, site coordination, and 3D modelling & rendering

. The candidate must be proficient in

design visualization software

and have a solid understanding of

planning, construction practices, and project execution

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality

3D models, renders, and visualizations

for design presentations. Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved. Supervise site execution and resolve design-related issues. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and specifications. Assist in

material selection, BOQ preparation, and detailed drawings

. Deliver projects efficiently within defined timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience (site + office). Proficiency in

SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, V-Ray, AutoCAD

, and related visualization tools. Strong knowledge of

planning, detailing, and construction methodologies

. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
