R&R Builders and Interiors is looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Architect
to join our dynamic team in Nellikunnu, Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio and at least
2 years of experience
in residential and commercial architecture projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, plans, and drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts
Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications
Work collaboratively with construction and interior teams for smooth project implementation
Stay updated with industry trends and materials
Requirements:
B.Arch degree (Bachelor of Architecture)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
in architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Candidates residing in or near
Nellikunnu, Thrissur
