Job Description

Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs tailored to client requirements. Create detailed drawings, models, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar software. Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and finalize designs. Ensure designs are practical, sustainable, and within budget constraints. Conduct site visits to ensure designs align with actual implementation. Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and materials.
REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects. He/she must possess B.Arch. certification. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software. Excellent design and visualization skills, including proficiency in creating detailed drawings and 3D models. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
