Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic design studio. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about turning concepts into beautiful, functional designs. You'll be working on a variety of exciting projects from conceptual design to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop architectural designs based on client requirements Prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentations (2D & 3D) Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors Coordinate site visits and ensure design execution quality Ensure compliance with zoning and building regulations Participate in design reviews and client meetings
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds max and rendering tools (Lumion/Enscape) Strong creative and visualizing skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trend
