Job Description

As an Architect at our company, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs and preferences. Create detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and drawings. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data for projects. Coordinate with the project team, including engineers, designers, and contractors. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. Provide expert advice on construction materials and methods. Review and approve project plans and specifications. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software. Strong design and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of construction materials and methods. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
