Salary Rs.15,000 - Rs. 40,000

Job responsibilities include: conducting initial site visits, preparing concept sketches, developing architectural detailed drawings, creating presentation sheets and material boards, producing 3D views, preparing BOQs, coordinating with the site team, setting out at the site, taking site measurements, performing periodic site inspections, and preparing necessary civil, architectural, and interior drawings. The role also involves client interactions and ensuring project deliverables align with requirements

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing architectural designs, including creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and renderings. Support senior architects in preparing project documentation, such as construction drawings and specifications. Collaborate on project design concepts and incorporate adjustments based on client feedback and project requirements. Conduct site visits, prepare reports, and ensure projects align with design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with team members and external consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects. Create detailed drawings using CAD software and ensure accuracy in all design elements. Oversee construction projects to verify compliance with design specifications and project goals. Research and integrate sustainable design principles into architectural projects. Ensure designs adhere to building codes, local regulations, and industry standards. Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions.
