Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and visionary Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creative design solutions, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and functional architectural designs in line with client requirements. Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using design software. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards. Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Research materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance. Lead and oversee architectural projects from conceptual design to completion. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends and sustainable design practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Proven experience as an Architect with a portfolio showcasing completed projects. Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Strong creative and technical skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards. License to practice architecture (if required in your location).

Compensation:

Salary: ?10,000 to ?50,000 per month, based on performance. Probation period: Up to 3 months.
