Position: Architect

Company: Adrak Engineering & Construction India Pvt Ltd

Back Office of : Al Adrak Trading & Contracting Co LLC, Muscat, Oman

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Drafting:

Develop architectural designs and layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Prepare detailed working drawings, schematics, and design documents. Create 3D visualizations and models as needed.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical specifications. Ensure accurate and up-to-date architectural documentation. Assist in preparing tender documents and project proposals.

Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to integrate architectural designs. Communicate with on-site teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. Participate in virtual project meetings and provide design inputs.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations. Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design practices.

Quality Control:

Conduct periodic reviews of drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness. Implement feedback from project managers and clients.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction sector.

Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software. Excellent drafting and detailing skills. Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations. Ability to create 3D models and renderings. Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
