Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, preparing architectural plans, and collaborating with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and prepare architectural drawings and presentations Create detailed construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors during execution Conduct site visits and ensure design compliance at various stages of construction Stay updated with building codes, industry trends, and sustainable practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other design software Strong understanding of architectural principles, design trends, and materials Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines Prior experience in residential, commercial, or interior architecture is a plus
