: Junior Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, working closely with senior architects, designers, and consultants. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing architectural concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings. Support the preparation of design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. Contribute to the creation of construction documents, plans, and technical specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members. Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist in project supervision as needed. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and architectural technologies. Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent). 0-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical capabilities.

Preferred:

Familiarity with sustainable design principles. Basic knowledge of local building codes and construction methods.
