drawing preparation and management (AutoCAD/SketchUp)

ensuring design alignment with marketing, legal, and execution teams
. The role also involves managing
authority submissions, GFC drawings, and BOQs
, while ensuring timely project delivery, technical accuracy, and design quality. Strong interpersonal skills, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience in real estate design execution are essential.
