Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

feasibility studies

for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects Prepare

conceptual layouts

, massing studies, and area statements Analyze

FSI/FAR, setbacks, height restrictions, zoning & local by-laws

Assess

development potential

, unit mix, efficiency, and buildable area Coordinate with

land acquisition, legal, finance, and sales teams

Support

cost optimization

through efficient planning solutions Review statutory requirements and approval processes Assist management with

project viability reports and presentations

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

local building by-laws & development regulations

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred)

Good understanding of

real estate feasibility & project economics

Ability to work with

area calculations, yield analysis, and planning efficiency

Strong coordination and communication skills

Experience & Qualification

B.Arch

from a recognized university

6-10 years

of experience in real estate feasibility / developer-side projects Prior experience with

real estate developers or architectural firms handling feasibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
