Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination, execution support, and ensuring quality and compliance at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, layout plans, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for seamless project execution Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution as per drawings and specifications Ensure designs comply with local building bylaws, NBC, and statutory norms Assist in material selection, design detailing, and cost optimization Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to resolve design-related issues Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups Support the project team during planning, execution, and handover stages Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a construction or real estate company Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop (or equivalent tools) Good understanding of working drawings and execution detailing Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Strong problem-solving and communication skill
