Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven

Senior Architect

with

3 to 4 years of experience

to lead premium residential and commercial projects. If you have a passion for luxury design, high-quality finishes, and can manage a site independently, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

Design & Planning:

Create concept presentations and detailed architectural drawings for luxury villas, high-end apartments, and retail/office spaces.

Technical Drawings:

Prepare "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings, including electrical, plumbing, and detailed carpentry/interior sections.

Site Coordination:

Visit sites to ensure work is progressing as per the design and solve on-ground technical issues with contractors.

Client Management:

Attend meetings to present designs and handle client feedback professionally.

Vendor Liaison:

Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP engineers, and specialized vendors (home automation, HVAC, etc.).

Requirements

Education:

B.Arch degree (COA registration is a plus).

Experience:

3-4 years in a reputed architectural or interior design firm.

Software:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

Revit

is mandatory. Experience with

Sketchup + V-Ray/Enscape

or

Lumion

for 3D visualization is highly preferred.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with local building bye-laws and municipal approval processes (e.g., BMC, BBMP, HUDA) as well as an understanding of Vaastu principles.

Communication:

Strong command of English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Kannada/Tamil] to communicate effectively with both clients and site labor.
