We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Architect
with 0-3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The candidate will assist in architectural design development, preparation of drawings, and coordination with consultants under the guidance of senior architects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing
concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed working drawings
Develop
2D drawings and basic 3D models
for presentations and approvals
Support in
site visits, site measurements, and coordination with contractors
Coordinate with
structural, MEP, and other consultants
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
1-2 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory); knowledge of
SketchUp, and Photoshop
is an advantage
Basic understanding of
building construction, materials, and bye-laws
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under guidance and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
