We are looking for an experienced Architect (5+ years) to lead premium residential interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-home luxury interior projects end-to-end.
Create concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Design bespoke wardrobes, kitchens, partitions, and custom furniture.
Guide clients through design decisions, materials, and finishes.
Coordinate with sales, production, and execution teams for smooth delivery.
Supervise vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure quality and timelines.
Key Qualifications
B.Arch degree is mandatory.
5+ years' experience in luxury or premium residential interiors.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Enscape/V-Ray.
Excellent design sense with strong detailing and material knowledge.
Ability to independently manage and deliver high-end projects.
