Role Overview
We are looking for a Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our Architecture Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality design work. This role involves working closely with Team Leads, collaborating with the studio's design teams, and contributing meaningfully to concept development, drawings, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Concept Development
Support the Team Lead in creating strong design concepts for architectural projects.
Contribute to mood boards, sketches, space planning, and design detailing.Develop design options aligned with Treelight's standards and project requirements.
2. Drawings & Technical Documentation
Produce high-quality architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
Prepare tender sets, GFCs, and construction-ready documentation as required.
Coordinate with Team Leads to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across drawings.
3. Project Collaboration
Work collaboratively with senior designers, junior designers, and other internal teams.
Participate in design reviews, internal meetings, and coordination discussions.
Incorporate feedback effectively and meet assigned deadlines.
