We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience in MicroStrategy Administration and MicroStrategy specifically within the Retail Banking domain. The role involves designing and implementing data solutions that enhance business intelligence capabilities. The candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts contributing to impactful projects that drive the companys success. Should be proficient with object creation virtual data structure & SQL.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of MicroStrategy solutions to enhance business intelligence capabilities in the Retail Banking domain. Oversee the administration of MicroStrategy environments ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Provide technical expertise in MicroStrategy to support data-driven decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for MicroStrategy environments and processes. Ensure data integrity and security within MicroStrategy platforms. Optimize existing MicroStrategy reports and dashboards for improved efficiency and user experience. Conduct regular performance tuning and troubleshooting of MicroStrategy applications. Stay updated with the latest MicroStrategy features and best practices to continuously improve solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members in MicroStrategy development and administration. Contribute to the strategic planning of data architecture to align with business goals. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored MicroStrategy solutions. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in data analytics.
