Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, 2D drawings, and 3D conceptual models
Support project planning, layout design, and presentation drawings
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors
Prepare detailed working drawings and design documentation
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
Assist in material selection, specifications, and BOQs
Ensure designs follow building codes and safety regulations
Work with the project team to deliver high-quality and timely outputs
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) - mandatory
0-3 years of experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop
Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of local building bye-laws is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
