Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Architect to take the lead on design, planning, and project execution across a variety of architectural developments. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance creativity with construction knowledge, while mentoring young talent and ensuring the highest standards in design delivery.

You'll play a key role in translating ideas into reality--guiding the process from concept to site handover with both leadership and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead conceptualization, space planning, and detailed design of projects Oversee preparation of working drawings, 3D models, and client presentations Collaborate with civil engineers, site teams, and consultants for smooth execution Review and approve architectural documentation, BOQs, and materials Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring design quality and consistency Conduct client meetings, manage design revisions, and ensure project timelines Participate in site inspections to verify design adherence and finishing standards

Qualifications:

B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution

3-5years of professional experience in architectural design and execution

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Lumion In-depth understanding of building codes, construction materials, and site coordination Excellent design thinking, team leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and handle client expectations smoothly
