We are seeking a highly creative, skilled, and experienced
Architectural Project Manager
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all phases of architectural projects, from initial design concepts and schematics through construction documentation and administration. This role requires excellent design acumen, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Planning:
Develop and refine design concepts, prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents for various projects (e.g., commercial, residential, mixed-use, office spaces).
Project Management:
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, and schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
