About the Role:

Ordient Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and creative

Senior Architect

with strong expertise in design development, project execution, and client management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 2D and 3D design, rendering, and presentation, along with deep knowledge of interior design elements, color coordination, materials, and Vastu.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop

architectural and interior designs

based on client requirements. Create detailed

2D drawings and 3D visualizations

using tools like

AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion

. Prepare

presentations and design proposals

for client meetings. Manage

end-to-end project execution

-- from design approval to project handover. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow. Estimate

project costs, material quantities, and timelines

accurately. Ensure

color coordination, material selection (including laminates), and Vastu principles

are well incorporated. Conduct

site visits

for project supervision, quality checks, and progress monitoring. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout project phases.

Required Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray

for design and rendering. Excellent understanding of

design principles, material selection, and spatial planning

. Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling skills. Knowledge of

Vastu

,

color combinations

, and

laminate materials

. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in

English, Kannada, and Hindi

.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

or

B.Sc / Diploma in Interior Design

.

Experience:

1.5 - 3 years in architecture, interior design, or project execution.
