Job Title:

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative concept designs that align with client expectations and project requirements. Coordinate and manage a team of up to six members to ensure smooth execution of projects. Prepare and review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans to ensure integration with interior designs. Oversee civil works to ensure compliance with architectural and structural requirements. Create detailed design drawings, blueprints, and 3D visualizations for interior spaces. Collaborate with clients, designers, and project teams to bring design concepts to life. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications. Evaluate materials and finishes, ensuring their functionality, quality, and aesthetic appeal. Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently, ensuring resource optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Licensed Architect or equivalent certification (preferred). Proven experience in interior architectural design, concept planning, and execution. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software. Strong understanding of MEP planning, civil works, and interior detailing.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple project facets. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices. Proficiency in handling complex projects involving concept design, MEP integration, and civil works.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
