Job Description

1) Prepare drawings for sanctions and approvals from local authority to include plans, sections, elevations and area calculations etc.

2) Space Planning & Develop Conceptual drawings based on themes

3) Produce detailed working drawings and good for construction drawings

4) Reviewing design work done by other Architects and Consultants and coordination/follow up with them on various deliverables

5) Checking and suggesting for external development, infrastructures, Electrical/HVAC/AV/IT/Fire Services

6) Liasioning with government officers for design inputs and modifications.

7) Draft design matching to the local norms and national codes

8) Monitor, train the team for proper execution as per design and details

9) Proper documentation of each project related design details, calculations, drawings, transmittals etc.

10) Periodic site visits to monitor workmanship to match the designs.

11) Prepare and monitor design modifications, estimate overruns and quality deviations

12) Conduct periodic meetings, interaction and advising Clients, Contractors and Engineers

13) Be very inventive and imaginative with an eye for minute details to perfection

14) Should have very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
