What You'll Do

design development for diverse projects in hospitality spaces - often blending architecture, interiors, and master planning.

- Translate design intent into reality, overseeing everything from early-stage concepts to detailed drawings and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including landscape designers, engineers, and craftspeople, fostering a studio culture where critique and iteration are integral.
- Explore sustainability, craft, and vernacular design, creating solutions that are not only efficient but emotionally and spatially meaningful.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelors of Architecture is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, Hospitality project will be added advantage.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to conceptualize and deliver spatial ideas that are clear, poetic, and grounded.
- Fluency in drawing and detailing, with proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- A passion for contextual design, natural materials, sustainability, and working with the grain of a place.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills- able to articulate ideas across teams, clients, and consultants.

Work Schedule:

- Location: Panduranga Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
