Qualification: B.arc or Master's in Urban Planning and Design

Mode of Interview- Face-to-Face only ( No online)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in urban planning and architectural design for ongoing and upcoming civil projects.

Prepare drawings, layouts, and master plans using

CAD

and other design software.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers in the design and execution of civil works.

Conduct site visits, surveys, and mapping for planning and development studies.

Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.

Contribute innovative ideas for space optimisation, landscape integration, and urban infrastructure planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Urban Planning / Town Planning from a recognized institution.

0-1 year of relevant experience (freshers are welcome).

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, GIS, or similar design and planning tools.

Strong understanding of urban design principles, building regulations, and sustainable development.

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with civil engineers and project managers.

Preferred Qualities

Interest in sustainable and climate-resilient urban planning.

Creativity with attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.

Basic knowledge of project costing and estimation (added advantage).
