Hiring: Architect - Real Estate Project( Min 3-6 Years Experience)
Nesta Ira Projects LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of our RERA-approved residential projects on Devanahalli Main Road, Bangalore. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality, sustainable communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee architectural designs aligned with project goals.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and local building codes.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to execute projects efficiently.
Integrate sustainable design principles into planning and development.
Conduct site visits and oversee quality control during construction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of sustainable architecture and regulatory compliance.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
