We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong design and technical skills, experience working on various project phases, and the ability to contribute to the development of innovative architectural solutions. You will work closely with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to design and deliver high-quality projects across residential, commercial, or institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation.
Produce high-quality drawings, renderings, and presentations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members.
Conduct site visits and assist in construction administration, including reviewing submittals and RFIs.
Assist in preparing design proposals and client presentations.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to improve functionality and aesthetics.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines across different projects.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
4+ years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and detailing.
Strong graphic, oral, and written communication skills.
Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED principles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Progress toward architectural licensure (or already licensed).
Experience with BIM workflows.
Exposure to client interaction and project coordination responsibilities.
