Key Responsibilities

Planning and Design

Concept Development:

Concept Development: o Create innovative designs that reflect client's brand identity and values o Develop space planning solutions that optimize functionality and user experience o Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials for client approval o Ensure designs align with project requirements, budget, and timeline Material Selection: o Choose appropriate flooring, wall finishes, furniture, and fixtures o Research and specify materials that meet quality, durability, and budget requirements o Create cohesive material palettes that enhance the overall design aesthetic o Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement Lighting Design: o Plan and design lighting systems that enhance productivity and ambiance o Integrate natural and artificial lighting for optimal illumination o Specify lighting fixtures and control systems for various functional areas o Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability in lighting solutions Technology Integration: o Plan technology infrastructure including wiring for computers and AV equipment o Coordinate with IT teams for seamless technology integration o

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
