Position: Architect

Experience: 3-4 Years

Qualification: B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture)

Location: Electronic city, Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 3-4 years of professional experience in commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in architectural design, drafting, and coordination, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for commercial projects.

Prepare and review working drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained.

Assist in preparing presentations, design proposals, and client submissions.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations.

Provide support during site visits, design execution, and project coordination.

Maintain documentation, drawings, and revisions as per project requirements.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

3-4 years of relevant experience in commercial projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.

Ability to prepare high-quality presentation drawings and design documents.

Good understanding of commercial project workflows and coordination.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to large-scale commercial/industrial projects.

Knowledge of sustainable/green building design.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
