Position: Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of architectural concepts for residential and mixed-use projects.

- Prepare and present design schemes, including sketches, renderings, and models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings and

specifications. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp and rendering is must - Strong design and technical skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects. - Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications. - Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?62,982.51 per month
