We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and collaboration with clients and stakeholders. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and timeline.
Develop and present design concepts, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design solutions that meet project goals.
Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental sustainability guidelines.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and construction drawings.
Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture.
Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
