We are seeking a

passionate and motivated Junior Architect

to join our vibrant team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong CAD drafting skills, proficiency in 3D modeling using software such as Sketchup, Rhinoceros, or Revit, and experience with rendering software like Enscape, Vray, or Twin Motion. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the design process from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts and technical drawings. Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and detailed drawings for architectural plans, elevations, and sections. Create 3D models using Sketchup, Rhinoceros, or Revit, and refine designs based on feedback. Generate high-quality renderings using Enscape, Vray, or Twin Motion to visualize design concepts. Assist in the preparation of presentations and client meetings, communicating design ideas effectively. Conduct research on materials, building codes, and industry trends to support design development. Participate in site visits and meetings as needed, gaining practical experience in construction and project management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Freshers and Experience Architects Welcome. Proficiency in CAD drafting and 3D modeling software (Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Revit). Experience with rendering software (Enscape, Vray, Twin Motion) is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to professional growth. Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
