Role & Responsibilities:

As an Architect at Fontech Dzin Studio you will:

Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and engineers to create residential architectural designs that meet their needs and preferences. Prepare and present conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural plans. Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for residential projects. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule. Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure quality control throughout the construction process. Work on various phases of residential projects, from concept through to completion. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards. Participate in client meetings, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback into designs. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of professional experience as an Architect, with a focus on residential design. A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Ability to create and communicate design concepts effectively. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
