Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, technically sound, and able to take projects from concept to completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their architectural career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and presentations. Prepare detailed construction drawings, layouts, and 3D models. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity. Conduct site visits and manage on-site coordination. Stay updated with current trends, materials, and building codes. Assist in project planning, budgeting, and timeline tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master's is a plus. 1-3 years of professional experience preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong design and visualization skills. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and project management abilities. A strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural work.
