Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 2-3 years of experience to contribute to high-end architectural and hospitality projects. The role involves handling all phases from concept development through construction documentation and site coordination, delivering creative and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative architectural design solutions aligned with project goals Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, graphics, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp Coordinate site visits and collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met Participate actively in design reviews and team discussions, contributing ideas and expertise

Requirements

2-3 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Strong creative and technical skills with keen attention to detail Experience in preparing architectural graphics, renderings, and presentations Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
