Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Create 2D and 3D designs, elevations, and cross-sections for construction projects.

2. Building Design: Design buildings and structures that meet client requirements and local building codes.

3. Space Planning: Plan and optimize interior spaces for functionality and aesthetics.

4. Design Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documents, including drawings and specifications.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.

2. Software Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

3. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in architectural design.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Registered Architect or equivalent certification.

2. Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainable design principles, building codes, and regulations.
